Forget the times we shared together
the laughter through the years.
It never meant a thing to you
redeeming all my fears.
Deny you ever cared for me.
I’ll deny you too.
Forget me before I ever leave.
See how long you’ll be deceived.
Pretend I meant nothing to you,
just another friend.
Be alone for all you care.
Never let me in.
Look me in the eyes once more
and say you still don’t care.
