Out Now — “What are the Odds”
My short story “What are the Odds” is out now. It’s a short story about Lyra, a young woman who struggles with telling her sister she’s decided not to seek treatment when faced with a cancer diagnosis with a low survival rate.
It’s amazing to be in the first issue of The Crow Literary Journal. It’s also quite a treat to see one of the members of my writing group Sheryl Lain appear in this issue.

Thank you! I’m particularly excited about this one because it’s a new literary journal in my state, and it’s in print. I love having a copy of literary magazines to hold. I have a small collection of print journals that my work has appeared in, and I get so excited when I have a new one to add to it.
